In our strive for health, happiness, peace, contentment and unity, we need a

practice to keep us grounded and focused on our goals yet also flexible to the different

rhythms of life. When we let that practice become our art & plant the right intention, we

become A moving prayer. Riding the balance between the wavy rhythm of vinyasa and holding

the postures, through An Intelligent sequencing with emphasis on Alignment, Core Integration

and Groovy Music. Inspired by nature, the elements, my obstacles, my dance

(Gabrielle Roth) and of course all my favorite yoga teachers,

I invite you to come and sweat your prayers.'
