One of the intentions in holding our 5Rhythms classes is to give back to the community. We support a different organization each month by donating $1 from all class admissions.

As a diverse and inclusive Episcopal Church on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, St. Mark’s Church in-the-Bowery is committed to expressing God’s love through worship and music, social justice activism, service, education, and celebration of the arts. The congregation practices radical welcome, accepting all who wish to experience God as part of a loving and active community. Wherever anyone may be in their religious or spiritual journey, of whatever faith or background, everyone is invited to join us as we work to live out God’s love in the world.
Golden Bridge is dedicated to our collective liberation through the birthing of embodied, global leaders and the bridging of peoples from diverse walks and ways. Golden Bridge supports individuals and communities as they heal and move into collaborative service and leadership. Our leaders are empowered to move into the world from a place of deep kinesthetic connection with themselves, their people, with the earth, and with all of life, seen and unseen. At the foundation of all of our programs is somatic, dance-based processes that educate people about how to renegotiate trauma and shock in the body; how to express oneself in radically authentic and life-serving ways; and how to access one’s vision, one’s will, and ultimately one’s capacity to practically develop and implement one’s creative work in the world.
United Soup Kitchens United Soup Kitchens in Israel (USK) is a network of 22 public restaurants serving free home-cooked meals to over 6,935 indigent elderly men and women every day of the year.

Radio Diaries Radio Diaries tells the extraordinary stories of ordinary life. Since 1996, we’ve been giving people tape recorders and working with them to report on their own lives and histories. Cameron Peak Fire Response Fund United Way of Larimer County is accepting donations to support individuals and agencies working to assist evacuees and others affected by the Cameron Peak Fire.
